Deep drilling machines
Among the processes carried out by Stocchero there is also deep drilling, which is carried out thanks to the IMSA MF1000C deep drilling and milling machine. This machine is suitable for dowels and small moulds, as well as for the realization of mechanical details. The pieces that can be machined through its use will be diameter of 1.250mm and H 700mm. The horizontal axis of the X machine is 1000 millimetres, while the vertical axis Y is 500 millimetres.
Its optimum drilling diameters range from 4 to 25 millimetres from the solid, while the one-cycle drilling depth is equal to 1000 millimetres. A machine unique in its kind, therefore, made available for different processes only by Stocchero.
Machinery and processing
Obviously, despite having a very large and varied fleet, Stocchero could not offer a competitive service without its staff and without respecting its values.
The machines, in fact, are only the means through which the professionalism of the company is expressed, the desire to stay up to date and the offer of latest generation processing and services. All this in a climate of absolute collaboration with the customer and assistance from the first stages until delivery.
Milling machines
Stocchero can count on the presence of two vertical machining centres Paventa Speed Plus with five axes. These machining centres allow a longitudinal stroke X of 2000 mm, a transverse stroke Y of 600 mm and a vertical stroke Z of 600 mm.
The length of the board is 2300 mm, while the width of the board is 1050 mm. There are, therefore, many processes that can be carried out with this type of machining centre. A further Doosan DNM 4500 machining centre is added to the first two vertical machining centres.
The specifications for this machine are different from those of the previous system. In particular, the X axis is 800 mm, the Y axis is 450 mm, and the Z is 510 mm. The maximum board size may be 1000 by 450 millimetres in total. Three other Awea BM 1200 vertical machining centres are added for milling. Also, in this case you can see the technical specifications of the machinery that, at the level of X axis has a length of 1200 mm, while at the level of Y axis you get to 600 mm, to settle, for Z axis, to 600 mm. Stocchero machine fleet also includes a traditional milling machine suitable for different materials and custom-made processing.
Turning machines
Stocchero’s processes also include last generations turning machinery. It starts from the DOOSAN Puma GT2100 turning centre. This centre is designed for heavy and interrupted cutting. It has high long-term accuracy, and can also be used for top surface finishes. The high-speed addressing of its turret, and the fast crossbar rates, minimize what is the no-cut time.
It also has a high torque engine, a large bar capacity, and a high speed spindle, just to mention a few of its main features. Then there is the DOOSAN Puma 2500SY turning centre, characterized by the presence of two turrets and two spindles, with motorized tools and Y axis. Thanks to a particular symmetry, This machine is very suitable for the machining of bar details of specific complexity. You can then get the finished piece without further work.
Grinding machines
For grinding work Stocchero uses a special machine, the Chevalier FSG-2060ADII tangential grinding machine. This machine has Fanuc 0-M cnc, can be used for different machining operations.
